Thu, 05 Nov
|University of Wollongong, Darling Park
Explore how exclusion, silence, undermining and other forms of relational harm travel through teams and how leaders, coaches and people practitioners can help build cultures of dignity, belonging, accountability and repair.

Time & Location
05 Nov 2026, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm AEDT
University of Wollongong, Darling Park, 201 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
About the event
Some of the most damaging dynamics in teams are not dramatic enough to appear in a formal complaint. They show up through exclusion, gossip, silence, undermining, resentment, avoidance and the gradual erosion of trust. This practical Sydney workshop asks how we notice that harm earlier and how we move from cultures of “power over” toward dignity, belonging, accountability and repair.
