About the event

Some of the most damaging dynamics in teams are not dramatic enough to appear in a formal complaint. They show up through exclusion, gossip, silence, undermining, resentment, avoidance and the gradual erosion of trust. This practical Sydney workshop asks how we notice that harm earlier and how we move from cultures of “power over” toward dignity, belonging, accountability and repair.
