Explain (in client-friendly language) how yoga practices influence stress physiology and mental health outcomes
Teach a small set of breathing protocols to reduce anxiety and increase present-moment awareness
Coach foundational postures (seated, standing, and lying) for regulation, grounding, and relaxation
Use basic mudra and meditation options to support calm focus and positive emotional tone
Build a brief “session-ready” 10–15 minute clinical yoga sequence, including basic screening, contraindications, and referral boundaries
