Innovative treatment methods for every type of lumbopelvic dysfunction
Why This Workshop Matters
Low back, pelvic girdle and hip pain are often driven by sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SIJD) are among the most stubborn, costly and disabling presentations across rehab and musculoskeletal care. The Hesch Method offers a gentle, evidence-based, whole-body approach that helps most sacroiliac and lumbopelvic-hip patients recover within just 1–3 visits, restoring strength, range of motion and confidence in daily movement. This certification gives you a clear, repeatable framework to assess motion, treat common patterns, and deliver fast, drug-free outcomes.

By completing this certification training, you will be able to:
Integrate a neuro-biomechanical model to evaluate and treat sciatica, low back, pelvic girdle and hip pain.

Apply manual therapy principles and targeted interventions to resolve hypomobility / hypermobility and improve outcomes within a few visits.
Identify and treat the most common sacroiliac and pelvic patterns e.g., sacral torsion, vertical pubic joint dysfunction, upslip / downslip, group patterns.
