Mindfulness Intensive

Nexus College | 6-Day Residential Mindfulness Intensive
Nexus College | 6-Day Residential Mindfulness Intensive

6-Day Residential Mindfulness Intensive: From autopilot to intentional living — a deep dive in presence, compassion, and practical calm.

Uncertain times don’t need quick fixes, they need grounded humans. Spend six days in residence learning a structured, evidence-based mindfulness framework you can actually use on Monday morning.

Why this workshop matters

Most programs teach you what mindfulness is. This intensive shows you how to practice it. Across six immersive days we move from attention training to acceptance, compassion, and real-world integration blending Mindfulness X, ACT-based tools, and clinician-level guidance into one cohesive experience.

Join us for 6-days where you can expect clarity, practice, and a supportive culture practicing the Nexus mantra of “study with friends.”
